Sun & Soul Power Session
Two healers. One session. Extra sunshine.
This is our signature Sunshine Healing experience.
During a Sun & Soul Power Session, Michael and Leah work together to create a layered energy healing experience. Michael provides hands-on Reiki while Leah works energetically from within the room, allowing you to receive from two practitioners at the same time.
All you have to do is get comfortable, close your eyes and let us do our thing.
Your session will include the heated Amethyst Biomat, and we'll generally finish with an intuitively chosen oracle card - your little message to take home with you.

Sunshine Reiki Session
Gentle energy. Deep relaxation. A little reset.
Our Sunshine Reiki Session is a relaxing, one-practitioner energy healing experience designed to support your overall sense of balance and well-being.
During your session, you simply relax while Reiki energy is gently offered to support your body's natural ability to rest, rebalance and recharge.
Your session will also include time relaxing on our heated Amethyst Biomat, combining soothing warmth with the natural healing of amethyst crystals for an extra-cozy healing experience.
And because we love a little message from the universe, we'll generally pull an oracle card for you as part of your session.

Sunshine Reset Session
Quiet the noise. Clear some space.
Ever wish you could turn the volume down on the approximately 847 thoughts running through your head?
An Access Bars Session involves gently touching specific points on the head associated with different areas of life. The experience is deeply relaxing and gives you an opportunity to simply stop, rest and receive.
You don't have to concentrate, meditate or figure anything out.
Just lie back and let yourself have an hour where absolutely nothing is required of you.

Sunshine From Afar
Distance Energy Healing
Because energy doesn't need a postal code.
You don't have to be in Moose Jaw - or even leave your couch - to enjoy a little Sunshine.
Our distance energy sessions allow you to receive Reiki and energy healing wherever you happen to be.
At your scheduled session time, find somewhere comfortable where you can relax without interruption. We'll connect energetically and provide your session while you rest in your own space.
Afterward, we'll share your oracle card and any impressions or messages that came through during your session.
Pajamas are completely acceptable. In fact, we encourage them.

Sunshine Space Clearing - coming soon
